Who loves to hear the song of a Hound dog? Come on in and meet me... you will fall in love! My name is Polka and I am a 42 pound, 6 year old male American English Coonhound mix looking for my forever home. I am the sweetest boy and love absolutely everyone I meet! My favorite activities include playing with other dogs, going for walks, learning new commands, singing my favorite songs, and getting snuggles. Everyone here says I am such a joy to be around and rave about how gentle I am. I walk great on a leash and am super treat motivated. The staff here describes me as handsome, playful, goofy, friendly, easy-going, talkative, and best of all... superb! I have been in playgroups with up to ten dogs and do amazing, so I would love to go home with a canine playmate. I have not yet been tested with cats or kids at this time. My adoption fee is $200.
