You know Ruldolph, the most famous reindeer... but do you recall Blitzen the cutest dog of all? Blitzen here is a handsome 18 pound, 1 year old male Beagle mix seeking his forever home where he can get all of the cuddles possible! He is a superb little guy and everyone will tell you just that. Blitzen is a fan of everyone he meets and makes sure to greet you with so much excitement that you'll feel special. If you are looking for a new cuddle buddy in your life, then this cutie is your guy! He is an affectionate pooch that will love you forever, as long as you're okay being the big spoon. Blitzen not only enjoys a great embrace from his humans, but he also loves to have a good time! Toys are his absolute favorite and although he hasn't mastered the skill of fetch yet, he does chase. Blitzen is looking to adopt humans that have more of an active lifestyle but also take pleasure in relaxing on the couch when it's time to settle down. He gets along fabulously with other dogs, however he has not yet been introduced to cats or children at this time. This little reindeer can't wait to meet you!

In terms of potty training, Blitzen is currently in a shelter environment where it's hard for staff to guarantee that he is fully house trained. We tell everyone to treat your new shelter pup like a puppy when you bring them home to ensure that they learn your routine when it comes to a potty schedule.
