Peanut Butter
Meet Peanut Butter! This sweet little guy has come a long way in a short time. When Peanut Butter first arrived at his foster home, he was timid and unsure—but with some patience, love, and a cozy couch, he’s learning that people aren’t so scary after all. These days, he is still a just a little timid, but he loves snuggling up with people and soaking up affection once he trusts them. Peanut Butter is about 10 pounds and around 1 year old and may be a Jack Russell mix (or something equally adorable). While he’s still building confidence around humans, he absolutely shines when he’s with other dogs. He takes cues from his doggy friends and is much more relaxed and playful when he’s got a buddy to show him the ropes. Because of that, he needs to go to a home with another playful dog who’s not too much bigger than him. He’s making great progress with potty training and continues to grow more comfortable every day. He’s also discovered that treats are definitely worth being brave for. He may be shy, but he won’t let fear stand in the way of a good snack. If you have a pup looking for a little sidekick and a home with room on the couch for one more, Peanut Butter might be your perfect match. Interested in adopting Peanut Butter?
